How we evaluate and issue refunds for subscriptions, credits, and failed generations

This Refund Policy explains when customers of Vidle - AI Image, Video & Audio Generator may request a refund for purchases made through https://flashomni.ai or in-product checkout flows. It applies to:
Your statutory consumer rights, including mandatory cooling-off periods in the EU, UK, and certain U.S. states, remain unaffected.

To avoid ambiguity, “used fewer than 20%” is calculated as follows:
If the usage ratio is 20.00% or higher, first-time subscription refunds are generally not available unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Refunds are returned through the original payment channel (for example Stripe, PayPal, or Creem). Banks typically post the funds within 5–10 business days, though some regions may take longer.
When an AI generation fails because of provider downtime, content policy rejection, or infrastructure errors, Vidle - AI Image, Video & Audio Generator automatically attempts to return the consumed credits. This process happens in the background and appears as a “Refunded” line item inside your billing history.
If the automatic refund does not appear within 24 hours, please send the task ID to email so we can manually trigger a review. Manual adjustments are normally completed within 3 business days.
We generally cannot provide refunds when:
Customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom may cancel most digital purchases within 14 days of the transaction unless they explicitly agreed to immediate delivery. By downloading or using credits before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that refunds may be limited to unused portions. Submit regional consumer requests through email and include “Right of Withdrawal” in the subject line.
Brazilian, Australian, and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer guarantees may have additional protections. We will honor those local regulations when applicable documentation is provided.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Filing disputes without first giving Vidle - AI Image, Video & Audio Generator an opportunity to help may lead to suspension of your account while the processor investigates. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, we may charge a dispute fee to cover processor costs.

The above timeline is our internal support SLA. Final chargeback outcomes still depend on the payment processor and card-network timelines, which may take longer.
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect new regulations, features, or pricing models. When changes are material, we will post a notice within the app or email affected users. The “Last Updated” date above shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
